Dear Friends,
Great News! I honestly feel from the grace of God that we recently found an incredible team of pediatric doctors at a Hôpital Poincaré in Garche, outside Paris, who specialise in children with motricity difficulties. After months of my unrelenting pursuit of the Chef de Service, he agreed to take Olivia as a patient. We are utterly grateful for their support. His team has given us advice that no one ever has before! I don’t post very often because I keep many aspects of the difficulties we face caring for a rare disease child private, but it’s days like these where I see HOPE on the horizon and must scream the JOY I feel from the highest mountaintop!!!
The path ahead will be difficult for Olivia, but with all of your love and support we will make it through. Keep your prayers coming. Watch out… God has a plan for Olivia!
We are restarting our fundraiser to acquire this €3,500 chair for Olivia, as social security does not fund this equipment.
