The Healing Bridge

We are overcome with gratitude for the successful surgical intervention of Dr David Feldman and his team at @PaleyInstitute. From Day 1, when we first met Dr Feldman, he insisted that Olivia should have a life of a normal 10 year old, enjoying days at school, playing with her sisters, and without suffering. He refused to give up on her when all the other doctors we met gave up! He made the Impossible Possible! He’s our Superhero.

Our goal is for Olivia to be walking in 6 months and reunited with her friends in school in September. Today, 6 weeks post surgery, Olivia has recovered from spinal fusion /decompression surgery C7-L4 with 2 titanium rods and 15 screws in her spine. She is getting stronger and stronger with daily physical therapy. Her life is enriched and she’s ready to rejoin the world upright!
